Water that takes some 2,000 years to arrive

Deep sea water is seawater flowing at depths sunlight never reaches. The water off Kona is said to begin at the glaciers of Iceland and to travel the globe for roughly 2,000 years before arriving in these waters.

Two thousand years ago, neither environmental nor chemical pollution had begun. This is held to be among the purest water the earth produced in that era. Flowing at depth all that time has left it with a composition quite unlike surface water.

Minerals close to the body's own water

What distinguishes this water is the abundance of its minerals and the balance among them. Its composition is close to that of the water in the human body, and it is said to absorb readily. Even as "water," it starts from a different place than purified water with moisturizing agents dissolved into it.

We use no preservatives, no petroleum-derived ingredients, no nanoparticles, no silicone and no ethanol. (Our shampoos and conditioners contain a minimal amount of a plant-derived seed extract that acts as a preservative.)
