Delivery

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day.
If shipping is delayed by weather, the carrier, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.

Order quantity

No limit in principle (limits may be set on individual products).

Return period

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items, within 7 days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept returns of items that have already been used.

Defective items

If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. After confirming the condition, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. For defective or incorrectly shipped items we will assist you even if the item has been opened. Please note that returns for customer reasons are not accepted once the item has been opened.

Return shipping

For an initial defect or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping (freight collect).
For returns for customer reasons, the return shipping is paid by the customer (prepaid).
